Introduction Of Yantra : The Circle

Yantra Circle

Another geometrical shape used in YANTRAS is the circle (CHAKRA), representing the rotation, a movement closely linked to the shape of spiral which is fundamental in the Macrocosmic evolution. (A circle is the locus of all points in a plane at a constant distance, called the radius, from a fixed point, called the center.)At the same time, the circle represents perfection and the blissful creative void. In the series of the five fundamental elements it represents air (Vayu Tattava).
